Job description

Work assignment, keys and supplies from the supervisor and sign the key log.

Book accurately.

  • Clean rooms and bathrooms, performing any combination of the following duties:
  • Keep fire exits and stairways clear of any obstruction.
  • Check and report any maintenance work required immediately.
  • Pick up any litter from corridors and pathways.

Clean carpet and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe furniture, empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.

  • Make beds, wash sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, and floors, and polish brass and metal.
  • Replenish bathroom supplies and room supplies.
  • Tidy and arrange guest toilet articles on vanity top and spot clean carpet when necessary.
  • Clean and keep guest corridors, service pantries, and service areas neat and tidy at all times.
  • Remove room service trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
  • Inform valet service to collect guests' clothes for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing services.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 2 years in the same position in a 4/5-star hotel.
  • Natural attitude towards providing excellent quality service.
  • Good command of English language (written & spoken).
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging work environment.
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Age: 20 to 30 years.
  • Possess strong multitasking skills.
  • Positive, 'Yes I can' personality.

Basic Salary: QR. 1400, free shared accommodation, free food in staff cafeterias (all 3 meals), and free transportation to and from the hotel.
