  • Oversee interface coordination in complex onshore/offshore brownfield and greenfield projects.
  • Develop and maintain a tailored risk and opportunity management plan and comprehensive risk register with assigned owners.
  • Ensure risk categorisation, prioritisation, and mitigation actions are tracked and reported.
  • Chair monthly risk review sessions with project leadership to monitor risk status and effectiveness of mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) reviews, build risk models, and generate cost and schedule contingency reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company risk management procedures and maintain an effective audit trail for risk documentation.
  • Provide independent decision-making authority to manage and resolve interface and risk issues promptly.
  • Manage conflicts and challenges arising within a multicultural and multidisciplinary workforce.
  • Support offshore and onshore activities during engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive project information.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Sc. or B.Eng.) from a recognised university; higher degrees preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in engineering, project management, and execution of major Oil & Gas projects.
  • At least 7 years' experience in project management/interface leadership roles on large or mega Oil & Gas projects.
  • Proven track record in developing and leading effective interface management organisations.
