Role Description

This is a contract role for a PSIM-Integration Developer, located in Doha, Qatar. The PSIM-Integration Developer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks involving software development and integration activities, including working with large-scale enterprise applications the Web Services. The developer will also be responsible for programming and ensuring the seamless integration of security systems and other third-party applications.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, and maintainable code.
• Develop software components, including:

- Integration with third-party applications.

- Database connectivity and interfaces.

- Enhancements to existing functionality.

• Support the testing and deployment of new features and integrations.
• Collaborate across functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience integrating with external systems using CCTV VMS vendor-provided SDKs/APIs (e.g., .NET, C, C++) and Web Services technologies (XML over HTTP, SOAP, REST).
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Windows application development, tools, and technologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills; must be able to work independently.
• Working knowledge of additional object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
