As the Executive Pastry Chef, you will oversee all pastry production, lead product development, and ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity. You will play a key role in shaping the culinary identity of Rich Chocolatier, bringing expertise, leadership, and passion to the heart of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Direct and manage the pastry and chocolate production for all outlets
  2. Innovate and create world-class desserts, pastries, and signature confections
  3. Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation across all products
  4. Lead, train, and inspire the pastry team to achieve excellence
  5. Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cost efficiency
  6. Collaborate with the executive team on seasonal menus, product launches, and brand development

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in luxury or fine-dining pastry environments
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior pastry role
  • Expertise in chocolate work, modern techniques, and classic French patisserie
  • Strong management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
  • Creativity, precision, and passion for innovation
