ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst in Insurance to join dynamic team in Qatar. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing insurance data, developing strategies, and responsible for managing and analyzing corporate insurance policies and claims. This role ensures comprehensive risk coverage, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The position involves close coordination with internal departments, insurers, and brokers to safeguard Company's assets and financial interests.
- Oversee and manage insurance claims related to property damage, liability, employee benefits, and other corporate risks.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of insurance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate claims, ensuring timely processing and settlement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize insurance processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate Company's exposure to potential losses.
- Provide recommendations on risk mitigation strategies, including insurance and alternative risk transfer methods.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Monitor industry developments and assess their impact on our insurance operations.
- Monitor insurance expenses and ensure alignment with budgetary allocations.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to insurance matters.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance-related matters to internal stakeholders.
Required Profile
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in insurance analysis. The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CII, CPCU, ARM) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance management, preferably in the utility, energy, or infrastructure sector.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, risk management principles, and claims processing.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing corporate insurance in Qatar.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Should be bi-lingual with mastery of written and spoken Arabic and English
