Job Summary:

Responsible for the end-to-end procurement and expediting process for Oil & Gas projects - from supplier evaluation and contract award to post-award expediting, inspection coordination, and final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best value.
• Manage the full procure-to-pay cycle and monitor supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and support junior staff.
• Track and expedite materials from PO issuance to site delivery.
• Lead supplier kick-off meetings and align schedules across departments.
• Resolve delays and mitigate risks to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain accurate expediting documentation and progress reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
• Professional certification (e.g., CIPS) is highly regarded.
• 10 years total experience.
• 5+ years in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• GCC experience is a plus.
