Evo Sports Qatar is an award-winning multi-sports academy within Doha College that offers coaching in a wide range of sports and fitness, including soccer, swimming, basketball, netball, and strength and conditioning. It develops children from 18 months through to adults. Evo Sports Qatar began in 2007 and has evolved as Qatar’s largest multi-sports coaching provider, playing an integral part in the development of a new era of sport and health culture in Qatar.
Evo Sports Qatar is situated at Doha College Al Wajba, featuring world-class sports facilities, including a full-size 11-aside football field, sports halls, outdoor training courts, two indoor swimming pools, and fitness studios. The facilities are complemented by a sports café on-site. Additionally, Evo Sports Qatar conducts programs in West Bay and the Pearl, partnering with other schools in these locations.
Evo Sports Qatar seeks a passionate, driven, and enthusiastic Football Development Coach to join from August 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within Qatar’s leading youth sports academy, delivering high-quality coaching across our Football Development Programme. The successful candidate will support young players through a structured pathway, fostering growth both on and off the pitch. All sessions must reflect Evo’s coaching philosophy and uphold the core values of the club — Friendship, Respect, Integrity, Pride, and Professionalism. This is an ideal opportunity for a coach committed to player development and eager to contribute to a values-led sporting environment.
The ideal candidate should have experience coaching a range of ages and abilities. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous. We expect you to be a highly motivated and successful practitioner, willing to contribute positively to all aspects of the academy and college. This is a great opportunity for an exceptional practitioner to develop their career further.
A high standard of written and spoken English is essential for all our positions.
