Graduate Development Program

This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

What you'll do:

• Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to assignments of limited scope.
• Use professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through training, education, or experience.
• Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within a business environment.
• Act as a team member by providing information, analysis, and recommendations in support of team efforts.
• Exercise independent judgment within defined parameters.

Responsibilities:

• Participate and complete all training and development components of the Graduate Program.

Education and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, BIS, MIS, or equivalent.
• Within one year of graduation, which may also include relevant work experience.
• Strong sales and presentation skills.
• Professional level in Microsoft Office.
• Passionate about the IT sector.
• Experience dealing with customers regularly.
