Job Title: Recruitment Team Lead – Agency Experience

Location: Qatar

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Purpose

As a Recruitment Team Lead within a recruitment agency setting, you will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters while ensuring successful delivery of hiring needs for multiple clients across various industries. The role requires hands-on recruitment, client management, team mentoring, and KPI achievement within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Team & Delivery Management

  • Lead and supervise a team of recruiters handling multiple client accounts.
  • Set individual and team KPIs (placements, CV submissions, interviews, etc.) and ensure targets are met.
  • Provide daily support, coaching, and performance feedback to the team.

Client Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and convert them into actionable recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct regular client review meetings and status updates.

Hands-On Recruitment

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for mid to senior-level roles across sectors.
  • Conduct interviews and provide consultative support to both candidates and clients.
  • Oversee offer management and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure accuracy in ATS data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
  • Drive process improvements, standardize workflows, and reduce turnaround time.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and legal guidelines.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or any related field.

Experience

  • 5–8 years of recruitment experience within a recruitment agency, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and meeting hiring SLAs.
  • Experience hiring across multiple industries such as Oil & Gas, Construction, EPC, Marine, Healthcare, etc.

Skills

  • Strong people management and team leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to handle client escalations and ensure service quality.
  • Proficient in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing high-volume recruitment projects.
  • Familiarity with international hiring practices.
  • Recruitment certifications or LinkedIn Talent Solutions accreditation is a plus.
