Job Title:
Mobility Country Business Advisor

Work Location:
Doha, Qatar

Role Overview
Mobility Country Business Advisor is dedicated to assisting Accenture's employees in planning their travel and assignments, requiring transportation (Airline, Rail, Car Rental) or accommodations (Hotel, Extended Stay, Corporate Housing) if needed, whether they are domestic, intercontinental or international.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Accountable for ensuring delivery of Corporate Mobility services in country.
  2. Manage escalations and provide local context through a close working relationship with the DL MU/Country MSL and Immigration specialists.
  3. Build strategic, effective & enduring relationships with key corporate function and business leaders of the country – Including stakeholder education as needed. Specific focus on GCP strategy as applicable.
  4. Develop expert mobility knowledge for the country(ies), including immigration, posted workers (EMEA), and social security.
  5. Establish proactive engagement with the largest projects in the country.
Key Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in any related field.
  • Knowledge of local country immigration regulations.
  • Proficiency in English language.
  • Experience in Business Operations Management.
  • Stakeholder Management skills.
  • Knowledge of Global Mobility.
  • Customer Service Management experience.
  • Client Service skills.
