Job summary

Job Responsibilities
- Provide effective post-award management of Onshore & Operations Support and Offshore, Terminal & Refining Group contracts in accordance with Company systems and procedures and in line with the highest ethical standards.
- Maintain an updated contracts list and continuously track the validity and cap value utilization of the contracts.
- Ensure Contractor Performance Evaluations are conducted periodically as per requirements.
- Promote continuous contractor development, with an emphasis on local content, and monitor and evaluate these efforts.
- Review ITPs (Instruction to Proceed) for compliance with contracted rates before issuing them to contractors, and create purchase orders in SAP based on approved ITPs.
- Develop and execute Contract Work Orders (CWO), managing final payments and close-outs.
- Support the development and finalization of the yearly Contracts Demand Plan.
- Provide timely and accurate month-end and year-end accrual figures.
- Ensure all invoices are cleared on time, adhering to contractual terms and conditions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum of six years' experience in Contracts Management within the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Working knowledge of SAP or similar resource planning software.
