Responsible for leading and supporting Service Advisors to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient operations. This includes setting and monitoring revenue targets, coordinating closely with Parts and Workshop teams, and ensuring accurate communication of customer concerns. Oversees the quality of invoicing and documentation, maintains compliance with company standards, and ensures readiness for audits. Manages staff coverage, reception housekeeping, and document storage. Conducts on-the-job training, weekly team meetings, and drives continuous improvement in reception operations.
