Job Description

1. Provide advanced electrical engineering support to projects, operations, and maintenance, contributing to the division's strategy and goals.
2. Execute advanced/expert electrical engineering activities aligned with long-term upgrade plans for proactive, optimal, and cost-effective obsolescence management of critical electrical equipment.
3. Lead and support the definition and implementation of an integrity program for electrical equipment to ensure high standards of safety, reliability, and availability.
4. Develop and document best practices within electrical engineering and support performance improvement initiatives.
5. Participate in risk assessments (SHE and Business) and root cause analysis initiatives.
6. Ensure timely completion of tasks, meeting section and division KPIs.
7. Supervise activities undertaken by contractors, consultants, and service providers.
8. Mentor less experienced engineers in professional development and implementation of company systems.
9. Develop training programs to stay abreast of new technologies and support engineers' capabilities development.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 8 years engineering experience in the oil and gas sector.
3. Fluent in English (verbal and written).
4. Proficient with engineering software tools.
5. Competent at the Specialist Electrical Engineer level as per Electrical Engineering Technical Competencies.
