Your Day to Day
As a Fitness Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable fitness experience. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our health club, manage a team of fitness professionals, and deliver top-notch fitness programs tailored to the needs of our elite clientele.
You will also be responsible to:
- Design and implement innovative fitness programs and classes that cater to the diverse needs of our guests, including personalized training sessions, group classes, and wellness workshops
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the health club, including scheduling, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety standards
- Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, understanding their fitness goals, and providing personalized recommendations and support
What We Need From You
- Proven experience as a Fitness Supervisor or in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment
- Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., Personal Trainer Certification, Group Fitness Instructor Certification)
- Solid understanding of fitness trends, equipment, and safety protocols
- Previous experience in a five-star hotel or resort setting is highly desirable
