This pivotal role will lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic M&A opportunities that support the company’s long-term growth and expansion goals within the power and energy sector.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business development initiatives, assess potential investments or acquisitions, and ensure the seamless integration of acquired entities. Responsibilities
