We are looking for a driven and capable Accountant to support us withmanaging and maintaining financial records, preparing statements, balance sheets and reports, analyzing financial information, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws, and supporting the overall financial operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cash Flow: Prepare and manage monthly cash flow statements to ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Balance Sheet: Compile and analyze monthly balance sheet statements to reflect the company’s financial position
  • Income Statement: Generate monthly income statements to track revenue and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • General Ledger: Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded
  • Accounts Payable: Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor reconciliation
  • Accounts Receivable: Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely invoicing and collection of payments from different stakeholders
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, providing insights and recommendations based on financial data
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial practices are in compliance with legal regulations and company policies
  • Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process and perform periodic checks of the process
  • Monitor office expenses and tally, and enter cash receipts
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare bank deposits
  • Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system to ensure accurate financial records

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, English Section
  • 5 to 8 years of similar experience
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Proficiency in preparing Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and Income Statements
  • Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
