Duties and responsibilities related to the Sales Executive role:




  • Oversee the daily operations of the sales office, promptly addressing inquiries via phone, email and booking platforms

  • Prepare and distribute sales-related materials including proposals, contracts and invoices

  • Maintain an organised records of sales activities, client communications, and booking details

  • Update client appointment notes and follow-up actions

  • Coordinate invitations and responses for showcases, presentations, and promotional events

  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics

  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports



  • Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
