Job Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in Construction Chemicals to join our ENIM team. This sales-focused role will be instrumental in securing deals and driving revenue growth for our comprehensive portfolio of construction chemicals by understanding customer needs, promoting our technical capabilities, and closing profitable contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Develop a robust sales pipeline by qualifying leads and assessing project potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across the construction sector.
  • Conduct site visits and analyze project specifications to understand customer requirements.
  • Translate customer needs into tailored solutions using ENIM’s construction chemical portfolio.
  • Articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our construction chemical offerings.
  • Prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate costing, timely delivery, and project execution.
  • Negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing profitability.
  • Manage existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Construction Chemicals or a related technical field.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, achieving or exceeding sales targets (preferably in construction chemicals).
  • Solid understanding of construction materials, processes, methodologies, and chemical applications.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain technical data and product specifications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic preferred).
  • Ability to analyze project requirements, estimate quantities, and prepare competitive bids.
  • Exceptional networking skills and ability to maintain long-term customer relationships.
