Job Opportunity: Curling Coach for Qatar National Team & Youth Age Categories

Location: Doha, Qatar

Organization: Qatar Winter Sports Committee

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced coach to lead the development of our national team and youth age group programs, with a strong focus on grassroots talent building.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement effective Curling training programs for Curling national teams and youth categories.

Lead Curling athletes in preparation for and participation in local and Curling international competitions.

Develop grassroots Curling programs and identify young talent from early stages.

Work closely with the technical and administrative teams.

Promote a culture of professionalism and performance excellence.

Minimum Requirements:

A bachelor's degree or diploma in sports science, physical education, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience, especially in establishing Curling youth development programs and coaching Curling national teams.

A proven track record of achievements and results is highly preferred.

Candidates from Eastern Europe are especially encouraged to apply and will be given preference.

Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential for effective communication and reporting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.
