- Greet guests as they enter and exit the cruise ship with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist guests with their luggage and belongings upon arrival and departure
- Provide information and directions to guests regarding ship amenities and activities
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Monitor and control guest access to the ship, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed on board
- Assist with the loading and unloading of supplies and equipment
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and crew members
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
