Job description

We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to work within The Ned Doha. If you have experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant or hotel luxury environment, and you are enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  1. Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
  2. Present menus and provide detailed information on menu items.
  3. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  4. Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  5. Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
  6. Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  7. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Qualifications
