• Oversee the production and operational activities of the Bank, ensuring seamless business continuity and optimal performance. • Provide comprehensive daily IT support to ensure the efficient operation of all technical systems and address any issues promptly. • Assist the Head in driving the successful implementation of major projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head, contributing to the overall success and functionality of the IT department.

Experienced in: • Extensive knowledge in system installation, network maintenance, and implementation of robust information security protocols. • Hands-on experience in Server Room maintenance, with expertise in operating Huawei servers and managing network equipment, including switches, routers, and firewalls. • Proficient in using and managing Office Automation (OA) application software to enhance office efficiency and productivity. • Experience in software programming is a valuable asset, enabling the customization and development of tailored software solutions. • Capable of drafting and presenting comprehensive monthly and quarterly IT and Information Security (IS) reports, providing actionable insights and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. Education Preferred: • Master Degree. Other Certifications Preferred: • CCNA, CISSP, OCP
