We are recruiting for a luxury airport spa based in Doha, Qatar. About the role: As Luxury Spa Barber, you will be responsible for beard styling/shaving services, ensuring a memorable spa experience, and providing excellent customer service in the Spa Boutique through strong product expertise and attentive listening to guests' requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing a range of luxury barber treatments to the highest standards in accordance with the spa's procedures and protocols
2. Offering bespoke recommendations and advice on skincare treatments for guests to use at home
3. Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of barber rooms, ensuring adequate stocks of linen and supplies
4. Greeting guests and conducting consultations to understand their needs and expectations
5. Reviewing and updating guest profile forms and customizing treatments
6. Possessing thorough knowledge of the spa menu and products to assist guests with information and recommendations

About You

Qualifications & Experience:

• Barber qualification
• At least three years of experience working as a Barber in a luxury establishment or with a luxury skincare brand

Essential Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of luxury service standards
• Expertise in wet shaving and beard trims
• Excellent knowledge of barbering trends
• Fluency in both written and spoken English

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of spa treatments is an advantage
• Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
