Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant to lead high-impact strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence for a 1-year on-site assignment in Qatar. This role is suited for experienced professionals with 8-10 years of consulting experience, particularly in strategy development, governance, and operating model transformation. Experience in digital, e-commerce, and technology sectors is essential, as is prior work with government entities in the region.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on strategy development, operating model design, and governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex consulting projects, particularly within the digital, e-commerce, and technology sectors.
• Prior experience advising or working with government entities.
• Strong background in finance and business consulting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master's preferred).
