Job Overview

The Senior Analyst, Organization Development will manage and support core OD initiatives, including organization structure design, job description management, workforce planning, and implementing OD modules within SAP. This role will also contribute significantly to the SAP System transformation program, working closely with the Senior Director, Organization Development & Adjacencies to drive organizational effectiveness and position Ooredoo as an agile, future-ready organization.

Your impact on our goals

SAP Implementation for OD:

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of OD-related modules in SAP, ensuring smooth integration and utilization across OD processes. Maintain data integrity and support OD objectives.
  • Support the Senior Director with the SAP System transformation program, including:
  • Data Mapping & Migration - Assist in mapping, cleansing, and migrating HR data to SAP.
  • System Testing - Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Process Documentation - Help document new processes, workflows, and SOPs.
  • Change Management Support - Contribute to training materials and employee communications.
  • Issue Tracking - Log and escalate system bugs or user issues during testing and rollout.
  • Stakeholder Coordination - Liaise with internal teams for smooth implementation.
  • Reporting Validation - Validate reports and dashboards post-migration.
  • System Configuration Input - Provide input on functional requirements and support basic configuration tasks.

Support the SAP System Program:

  • Contribute to aligning OD initiatives with the broader organizational change and development strategy within the SAP transformation program.

Job Description Development & Management:

  • Oversee creation, updating, and standardization of job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment.

Organization Design & Structure Management:

  • Support design, analysis, and optimization of organizational structures aligned with business strategies. Conduct job analysis and ensure structure updates meet evolving needs.

Competencies Models

  • Maintain and update the JDs database and competencies models.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to craft detailed job descriptions to support high-quality recruitment activities.

HR Policies & Decision Rights Manual:

  • Support development and review of HR policies and the Decision Rights Manual (DRM).

Performance Management:

  • Monitor organizational design effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
  • Assess impact on performance, engagement, and relevant metrics.
  • Support the Performance Management System, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fair processes.
  • Drive continuous improvements to the PMS based on market best practices.
  • Assist OPCOs in implementing performance management initiatives.

Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in telecoms/technology industries.
  • At least 4-5 years in an HR role with a focus on process and organizational design.
  • Strong understanding of HR (IT) systems, preferably SAP, and their capabilities.
  • Experience working in developing markets, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in GCC countries is advantageous.
