Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our prestigious hotel in Doha, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth in this vibrant and culturally rich city.
- Lead and inspire a diverse team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding service
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures
- Oversee all departments including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Implement and maintain quality standards throughout the property
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Implement innovative marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or related hospitality roles
- Proven track record in financial management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software and systems
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in luxury or upscale hotels preferred
- Knowledge of Qatar's hospitality industry and local regulations
- Understanding of cultural sensitivities in a diverse environment
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
- Professional certifications such as Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) preferred
