Nair Systems is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Qatar operations. Below are the terms & conditions:

Required Experience:

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a banking environment.
2. Expertise in project implementation and full project life-cycle management.
3. Experience with projects involving Core banking, Payments, Cards, RPA, BPM, etc.
4. Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
5. Strong experience in process mapping and process re-engineering.
6. Ability to conduct process mapping and customer journey analysis.
7. Experience with Change Management Methodology, with proven delivery in various project environments.
8. Operational or change experience in the asset management industry.
9. Proven stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Involvement in projects from Business Case creation to User Acceptance Testing, including test planning and execution.
11. Strong academic background with good problem-solving and analytical skills.
12. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences across business functions and levels.
13. Fluency in English and Arabic.
