Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and oversee daily operations of all MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to engineering requests, minimizing disruptions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Supervise engineering technicians and assign tasks.
  • Provide training and technical support to the team.
  • Ensure safety procedures and hotel policies are followed.
  • Respond to emergency situations ensuring safety.
Qualifications:
  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hotel engineering or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
