Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated F&B professionals who want to advance their careers.

As an F&B Attendant, you are responsible for providing basic support and service tasks to the assigned outlet, aiming for the highest customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Perform tasks as per instructions from the immediate Supervisor and duty schedule, such as basic cleaning, polishing equipment, and setting tables.
  2. Communicate with guests according to instructions, such as placing orders in the kitchen, picking up food, and clearing and resetting tables.
  3. Maintain proper appearance and grooming while on duty.
  4. Maintain a professional, friendly, yet discreet relationship with outlet patrons to ensure their wellbeing.
  5. Be familiar with all menus, promotions, and relevant issues concerning the outlet.
  6. Report cleanliness and maintenance issues to the immediate Supervisor.
  7. Attend departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the team.
  8. Be familiar with the company's internal policies and safety procedures.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experience

Ideally, you should have vocational training in hospitality with relevant previous experience. Good English communication skills are essential; additional languages are an advantage.
