Job summary

A leading company in IT Software Services is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst specializing in SAP HCM. The role involves implementing and supporting HR systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and analytical dashboard development. Ideal candidates will have 5-7 years of experience in similar roles and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of SAP experience in a similar role.
  • Experience as an SAP Technology Consultant in HR/Payroll.
  • SAP ABAP and ITIL certifications preferred.

Job description

Senior Systems Analyst (SAP HCM/ SAP HRMS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field
  • Experience as an SAP Technology Consultant in HR/Payroll is essential
  • Experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
  • SAP ABAP certification is preferred
  • ITIL certification is preferred

Experience:

  • 5-7 years of SAP experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry

Job Specific Skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll, SAP HR, SAP Time Management, SAP Fiori (Basic), SAP SuccessFactors (Basic), SAP ABAP & Workflow (Basic)
  • Strong understanding of all HR sub-modules, with extensive experience in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Leave Management
  • Excellent client-facing, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Deep knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support (RCM, ONB, PMGM, LMS, SCP, Compensation)
  • Good understanding of S4 solutions, BTP, Fiori Apps, and integrations
  • Experience in business data modeling, preferably using Data Sphere
  • Ability to develop business analytical dashboards using Power BI
  • Knowledge of SAP interfaces and integration with technologies like Microsoft
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataflows)
