about the Job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Ticketing & Recruitment Specialist to join our growing HR team. This role will be primarily responsible for managing HR service tickets, supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Monitor, categorize, and respond to incoming HR service tickets.

Track, prioritize, and resolve employee inquiries within defined SLAs.

Coordinate with HR and other departments to resolve complex queries.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5-6 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).

Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews.
