About the Project

Four Seasons Resort and Residences at The Pearl Qatar will feature 161 fully-furnished apartments for short and long-term stays, and 84 Private Residences along a private beach surrounded by lush gardens. Guests and residents will enjoy state-of-the-art amenities, including a signature restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Joël Robuchon.

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Housekeeping Manager with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Leadership experience in a multicultural environment, business acumen, and a passion for service are essential. Proficiency in English and computer skills in MS Excel and Word are mandatory.

Essential Functions
  1. Demonstrate strong leadership for guests, employees, and suppliers.
  2. Ensure smooth daily operation of the Housekeeping department.
  3. Maintain relationships with outsourced cleaning companies.
  4. Achieve high cleanliness standards through collaboration with teams.
  5. Coordinate with engineering, laundry, and front office departments.
  6. Oversee stock control, inventory, and sourcing new products.
  7. Manage a team of Room and House Attendants, including training, scheduling, and evaluations.
  8. Inspect rooms to ensure standards are met and coach staff as needed.
  9. Coordinate work orders and monitor progress.
  10. Schedule daily assignments and oversee room readiness.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
  • Degree in hotel & tourism management preferred.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience in luxury hotels and resorts.
