1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations, staffing, and customer service delivery for newly launched flagship locations in Qatar.
2. Supervise, coach, and motivate retail staff to achieve targets.
3. Lead by example on the shop floor, ensuring a premium customer experience.
4. Ensure visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards are upheld.
5. Oversee stock replenishment and backroom organization.
6. Handle escalated customer queries and support team problem-solving.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within retail, ideally in sportswear or fashion.
2. A hands-on leader with excellent communication and people skills.
3. Results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and service.
4. Well-organized and capable of multitasking under pressure.
5. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
6. Fluency in English is required.
