The ideal candidate will have a proven background in large-scale infrastructure and civil engineering projects within the power industry. This role involves overseeing construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Conduct site investigations and risk assessments.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and local and international industry standards.
• Ensure executed work complies with approved designs, local, national, and international building codes and regulations.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety protocols and environmental regulations are followed.
• Verify and certify contractor bills, analyzing measurements and overall project execution.
