Job Description

Duty 1: Sales management

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales quotas for the team and individual sales professionals.
  • Manage sales through developing a business plan covering sales, revenue projections, and expense controls.
  • Ensure targets are met through performance reviews, rewards, and individual recognition of sales professionals.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports for executives.
  • Set individual sales targets with the sales team.
  • Coordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
  • Oversee activities and performance, providing feedback, support, and coaching.
  • Assist in developing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
  • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
  • Develop pricing schedules and rates.
  • Formulate sales policies and procedures.
  • Help prepare budgets, control expenses, and monitor budgets.
  • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
  • Develop promotional ideas and materials.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with key decision-makers in accounts.
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts through visits, exploring needs, and identifying new opportunities.

Duty 2: Tender management

  • Prepare and generate monthly progress reports on tender wins/losses, indicating reasons, for management review.
  • Generate weekly tender status reports.
  • Prepare monthly status reports related to tender outcomes for the GM.
  • Finalize estimation of all costs and consolidate tender documents for review and approval.
  • Liaise with Purchasing to negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project-related supplies.
  • Study and evaluate tender documents to identify risks, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate risk assessment and bid decisions with division heads and the GM.

Duty 3: Brand Management and Offline Marketing

  • Develop marketing plans and programs for each product to obtain market share and direct promotional support.
  • Implement marketing strategies and analyze trends and results.
  • Develop marketing staff through training and experiential opportunities.
  • Maintain research databases on market information.
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing budgets, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
  • Research and capitalize on market opportunities to improve service marketability and profitability.
  • Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, market share, and competitors.
  • Forecast requirements, prepare budgets, and analyze variances to meet financial goals.

Duty 4: Customer Care Management

  • Contribute to customer service strategies and review processes.
  • Prepare action plans and implement standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
  • Identify trends and recommend system improvements.
  • Forecast requirements and prepare budgets for customer service objectives.
  • Conduct surveys, focus groups, and analyze results to improve service quality.
  • Provide technical advice and help desk resources to maximize customer operational performance.
  • Resolve problems and disseminate advisories and warnings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • BSc degree in Business Administration or equivalent; MBA preferred.
