Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Sales professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for implementing all sales activities and maximizing business opportunities within your specific area of responsibility, under general guidance and supervision. Your role involves generating and maintaining customer relationships within defined accounts and areas through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, or entertainment. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Maintaining high exposure for the hotel through direct sales
  2. Ensuring comprehensive coverage of your portfolio, engaging all levels of managerial and departmental staff for optimal client servicing, achieving targets, and maximizing productivity
  3. Implementing and executing sales objectives and action plans to meet or exceed set targets
  4. Soliciting and serving transient and group business, including meetings
  5. Adhering to selling strategies during negotiations and maximizing upselling opportunities whenever possible
  6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the hotel's unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies
  7. Formulating corporate offer letters, yearly contracts, and other business correspondence
  8. Providing feedback on market conditions, including competition trends, based on direct sales, telephone, and mail interactions

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Applicants should preferably hold a degree in sales & marketing and have a minimum of two years of postgraduate work experience in a similar role. Good computer skills and fluency in English are essential.
