JOB DESCRIPTION

About The Role :

As a reminder, the VIE program is strictly reserved for applicants aged between 18 and 28 who are French or European nationals, in accordance with current regulations.

Contribute to the implementation of editorial, digital, multimedia and event communication actions.

EDITORIAL and DIGITAL

• Disseminate the project culture, its key information and values in order to strengthen the teams' sense of belonging.
• Prepare and write the project newsletter.
• Contribute to the preparation and animation of key project presentations.
• Propose and write content, format it and relay it within the project and the company on its main internal communication channels, including Viva Engage, Intranet and SharePoint.
• Content creation and coverage of key milestones in collaboration with various on-site internal leaders (Construction, HSE, Compliance, Digital...), according to the requests of the departments.
• Creation of regular content for digital signage and printing: presentations, infographics, posters, banners, screens

MULTIMEDIA and BRANDING

• Support for the production of videos (preparation of briefs, script preparation, video production, post-production follow-up), in direct collaboration with the multimedia specialist.
• Contribute to the production of photos, for example, during events or to follow the progress of the construction site.
• Ensure the correct dissemination of the visual identity and compliance with the project's graphic charter.
• Organization and storage of the project's photo and video libraries on the Sharepoint

EVENTS

• Organization of events to strengthen team spirit and federate project employees on the construction site: information meetings, team-buildings, face-to-face and online.
• Organization of face-to-face events in line with our CSR priorities : World Environment Day, Safety Day, World Quality Week, Family Day.

Starting Date : 1st of August 2025

About you :

• You have a Bac+4/5, are a graduate of a communication or business school.

• The working language being English, you have a very good level of spoken and written English.

• You want to have an experience abroad in a major project in the energy sector.

• You are autonomous, willing, organized and resourceful.

• You have good interpersonal skills, a sense of confidentiality, rigor, writing skills and team spirit.

• You are proficient in Office 365.

• Knowledge of the Adobe suite is a plus (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Première Pro).
