Job description

As Senior Corporate Planning Analyst, you will be working within the Corporate Planning (CP) team. You will be tasked with jointly developing medium and long-term strategic initiatives, working on day-to-day functions and ad-hoc tasks. The Senior Analyst will gather and validate data or other information, both internally within CP and between departments. Within a complex data environment, tasks will involve a combination of sound analytic processing and market research to support informed decision-making within CP. You will formulate recommendations to management, steer decision making and represent CP on departmental cross-function initiatives.

This role falls under Alliance and Partnerships.

Additional key accountabilities are:

• Understanding of Network Planning, Scheduling and Airport Commercials.
• Analyze short term and long-term network plans and identify opportunities with potential airport partners.
• Partner Relationship management.
• Reviews of Airport Charges.
• Negotiating incentives resulting in cost savings.
• Lead and coordinate meetings, both internal and external as required.
• Analyze Route Performance and seek opportunities to negotiate incentives for weak performing routes.
• Effective tracking of incentives with Finance and Accounts team.
• Evaluate Published Schemes and existing contracts and ensure implementation and coordination with all stakeholders.
• Contract negotiations and reviews.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Corporate Planning Team.

• Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
• 4+ years of job related experience with comprehensive understanding of commercial aviation economics, strategic planning and business management.
• Knowledge of principles of network planning, scheduling and partnerships.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis in Excel.
• Ability to perform data mining, review to interpret market research and/or reports.
• Ability to produce management-ready presentations using MS PowerPoint.
