Job description

As a UX / UI Design Specialist, you will be responsible for creating digital experiences that are visually stunning, user-centric, intuitive, functional, and user-friendly, aligning with brand strategies and business objectives.

The role involves creating user-centered designs for digital products such as software interfaces and mobile apps, focusing on enhancing user satisfaction and usability by improving accessibility, efficiency, and aesthetics.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Taking briefs from Senior Branding Specialists to establish a product or design vision, evaluating requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders.
2. Conducting user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
3. Developing impactful, user-centric design concepts, sitemaps, process flows, wireframes, and storyboards.
4. Creating interactive prototypes and mockups, including functionality, transitions, and animations to simulate customer experience.
5. Identifying and resolving UX issues based on stakeholder feedback and customer onboarding.
6. Communicating design concepts effectively, presenting ideas to stakeholders, and collaborating with team members.
7. Ensuring alignment between design vision and project goals.
8. Understanding customer needs, motivations, and emotions to create resonant solutions.
9. Organizing information logically, categorizing content, and designing navigation systems.
10. Managing project timelines, prioritizing tasks, and staying organized to meet deadlines.
11. Applying strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and deliver effective design solutions.

Qualifications

About You

We seek a passionate and experienced professional to join the Product Development and Design Team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience as a senior UX / UI designer or similar in a design company.
• Experience developing UX / UI projects with other design agencies.
• Extensive knowledge of digital experience platforms, interfaces, and apps.
• Proficiency in digital graphic design software such as Figma, CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD.
• Proactive with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
