A bout the role

As Qatar Duty Free Luxury Spa Barber, you will be responsible for hair styling services, ensuring a memorable spa experience, and providing excellent customer service in the Spa Boutique through strong product expertise and attentive listening to guests' requirements.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Providing a range of luxury barber treatments to the highest standards in accordance with spa procedures and protocols.
2. Offering bespoke recommendations and advice on skincare treatments for guests to use at home.
3. Maintaining adequate stocks of linen and supplies, and ensuring hygiene and cleanliness of barber rooms.
4. Greeting guests and conducting consultations to understand their needs and expectations.
5. Reviewing and updating guest profile forms and customizing treatments accordingly.
6. Possessing thorough knowledge of the spa menu and products to assist guests with information and recommendations on all products and services within the spa.
