Job summary

A leading hotel group is seeking a Reservations Agent to provide exceptional service and enhance guest experiences. In this role, you will manage reservations, assist guests with inquiries, and maximize revenue through upselling. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills in English and Arabic, experience in customer service, and proficiency in PMS Opera Cloud.

Qualifications
