We are looking for a driven and capable Senior Operations Specialist to support us on projects for top technology clients from around the world. This is a client-facing role that requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, the ability to self-direct, and client representation. Must be able to manage multiple projects concurrently and across multiple regions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in both the US and MENA offices
• Office Coordination: Ensure smooth operations and communication between the US and MENA office locations, addressing any issues that arise promptly
• External Requirements Management: Maintain and manage all external requirements, including legal, accounting, and state requirements, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service and support
• Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and management, ensuring cost-effective operations
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments and teams to support overall business objectives and ensure smooth operational workflows
• Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with company policies and industry regulations

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in operations management
• Proven experience in managing day-to-day business operations and ensuring smooth office operations
• Strong legal, accounting, and requirements knowledge
• Prior experience as a Public Relations Officer
• Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to managing operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Operations management experience with professional construction consultancies is a plus
