Job Description

• Supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
• Perform critical tasks directly in the field.
• Train mechanical technicians in the maintenance of electromechanical equipment.
• Monitor daily operational parameters of electromechanical equipment.
• Make strategic decisions to ensure production and maintenance objectives are met.
• Assist in managing spare parts and materials for repairs and maintenance.
• Coordinate and contract third-party services for specialized work in the plant.
• Promote and supervise continuous training of technical staff.
• Ensure the proper functioning and comprehensive maintenance of the plant.
• Be available for emergencies and operational support as needed.

Required Skills and Competencies

We seek a candidate with a higher vocational diploma in industrial maintenance, with knowledge of mechanics, electrical installations, and automation systems. A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience working with industrial machinery (motors, pumps, and automated systems) is required. Knowledge of maintenance software is also valued.

English proficiency is not mandatory, but willingness to relocate to Qatar is necessary.
