Job description

FAAC Technologies, a world leader in access automation, parking systems, and access control, with 53 sales companies across 29 countries on 5 continents, more than 3,800 employees worldwide, and 18 manufacturing plants, is looking for a Area Sales Executive Qatar Kuwait & Levant based in Doha, Qatar.

The role involves managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and driving market development activities in the assigned region. The primary focus will be on Vehicular Access Solutions and Automatic Doors, along with other products within FAAC Technologies' portfolio. This role also aims to increase awareness of these solutions among end-users and consultants and support system integration partners in securing project bids through a consultative sales approach.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Planning & Execution:
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and cost objectives.
  3. Manage business portfolios and territories aligned with market development strategies.
  1. Account Management & Business Development:
  2. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to foster growth and loyalty.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities in Qatar, Kuwait & Levant.
  4. Support system integration partners in securing project bids and delivering optimal solutions using a consultative sales approach.
  1. Product & Solution Expertise:
  2. Educate end-users and consultants on FAAC Technologies’ Vehicular Access and Automatic Door solutions.
  3. Guide system integrators in selecting the best solutions for their projects.
  4. Keep opportunities and contacts updated in the CRM system accurately and timely.
  1. Market Awareness & Strategy:
  2. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  3. Prepare detailed reports on market conditions, competitors, and sales performance.
  4. Plan and execute local marketing campaigns within budget and timeline.
  1. Industry Engagement & Networking:
  2. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to expand industry connections and enhance brand visibility.
  3. Onboard and enable new security system integration partners to promote, sell, and support FAAC solutions in Qatar, Kuwait & Levant.
  1. Collaboration & Goal Achievement:
  2. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful solution delivery.
  3. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Requirements
  • Education: College degree preferred in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Procurement, or Project Management.
  • Skills & Experience:
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience in customer service or project management.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, excellent math skills, and ability to communicate mechanical concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Customer-first approach with reliable follow-up and commitment.
  • Experience in sales, including giving presentations and adapting communication styles.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills, strong time management, and teamwork abilities.
