Job description

Primary Purpose Of The Job

Assist the Sr. Catering Services Supervisor in monitoring, checking, inspecting, and overseeing the provision of Catering Services to ensure the contractor complies with the contract obligations, terms, and conditions.

Required Experience And Skills

• Fluent in spoken and written English; Arabic is preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Word and Excel.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an international standard hotel or in industrial mess facilities and catering for private functions.

Educational Qualifications

• Completion of Higher Secondary education (12 years), supplemented by a 2-3 year diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Food & Beverages.
