• Position: Maintenance Supervisor (Mobile Cranes, Crawler Cranes, Bulldozers, Excavators, Loaders, Forklifts, Trailers)
• Location: Qatar

Job Responsibilities

1. Coordinate daily with Maintenance Technicians on troubleshooting and equipment maintenance activities.
2. Update HR and Site Management on maintenance reports.
3. Supervise maintenance, servicing, and repair of heavy machinery such as mobile cranes, crawler cranes, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, forklifts, and trailers.
4. Lead a team of technicians, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work.
5. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime.
6. Plan and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
7. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement.
8. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
9. Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and reports.
10. Provide training and technical guidance to the maintenance team.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma/Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• Experience in supervising heavy machinery maintenance.
