Job summary

Candidzone L.L.C. in Qatar is seeking qualified e-PTW Holders – E&I for an ongoing Gas Lift Project in Dukhan.

The role focuses on managing electrical and instrumentation permit-to-work activities on-site, ensuring permits are properly prepared, reviewed, and approved before work starts. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, including 3 in Oil & Gas, with a valid QatarEnergy approval and an e-PTW certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in Oil & Gas.
• Valid QatarEnergy approval is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid e-PTW certificate.
• Good understanding of permit-to-work systems, risk assessments, and site safety procedures.
• Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate electrical and instrumentation permit-to-work activities at the project site
• Ensure all work permits are properly prepared, reviewed, and approved before work commencement
• Verify that work activities comply with approved permit conditions and safety requirements
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and HSE personnel to ensure safe execution of E&I activities
• Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with permit requirements and approved procedures
• Identify potential hazards and ensure appropriate control measures are implemented
• Ensure proper communication between work teams and relevant permit authorities
• Maintain accurate records of permits, approvals, and associated documentation
• Support implementation of site safety procedures and QatarEnergy requirements
