Job description

Cisco Pre-sales Engineer

Experience: 6-9 Years in Middle East
Language: Fluent in Arabic

Job Description:

  1. Provide presales technical support of the sales process across the Products and Solutions.
  2. Cooperate with the sales teams in assessing potential application of the products to meet customer’s business needs.
  3. Build complex, multi-product proof of concept solutions for customer evaluations as part of a sales engagement process.
  4. Leverage product knowledge to provide technical expertise to internal sales teams, partners, and end users.
  5. Develop customer requirements that map solutions, assist with overcoming technical and competitive objections, and accelerate technical evaluation component of sales cycle to close deals.
  6. Deliver solutions for several Security products based on market trends (Firewall, SOAR, SEIM, IPS, NAC, etc.) in multi-vendors like Cisco, PaloAlto, Fortinet.
  7. Leverage the consultative sales process to prospective users to determine product capability assessment and validation as it applies to the technical sales process.
  8. Engage in presentations and demos to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships for the long haul.
  9. Advise and deliver appropriate partner training & enablement sessions for Partners.
  10. Maintain skills and certifications relevant to the brand and professional development.

Required Skills:

  1. Self-driven, time management, multi-tasking, effective communication.
  2. Experience with various Cisco products.
  3. Good Communication skills.
  4. Knowledge and experience in MS VISIO for documentation.
  5. Good verbal and written communications.
  6. Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively and professionally with customers.
