Requirements
- A University graduate with relevant degree within a computing or business discipline
- More than 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement / CRM Online 2015, 2016 or 365 and/or .Net Technology stack
- Good understanding of best practices for .Net Development, including code management (source control), unit testing methodologies, and build processes
- Experience in D365CE Configuration, Customisation, workflows, dashboards, forms, views, and reports development
- Knowledge of CRM functional areas including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service & Field Service
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 Common Data Model and Dataverse, including customisation or extension
- Experience with Power Platform, especially Power Apps & Power Automate
- D365CE Integration Development using Microsoft technologies like Common Data Service, Flow, Logic Apps, and Azure Service Bus
- Experience with Azure DevOps for source control and pipelines
- Microsoft Power Apps development aligned with D365CE data structures
- HTML5 Development in line with D365CE
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, and Analysis Services
- Data migration experience with D365CE, following best practices for efficiency
- Experience with third-party tools like Scribe or Kingsway Soft SSIS adapters for integration and migration
- Experience with D365CE accelerators, industry templates, add-ons, ISV solutions
- Experience working with off/near-shore teams
- Proven track record of successful D365CE implementations in enterprise environments
- Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
- Technical project documentation skills, especially for offshore work packages
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects to create high-quality designs and documentation
- Implement solutions in an Agile or Waterfall approach based on business needs
- Develop technical solutions for customer requirements in D365CE
- Maintain up-to-date design and technical documentation
- Develop components outside core D365CE, such as Power BI, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus, PowerApps
- Coordinate with on-shore and off/near-shore teams
- Deliver development work following Microsoft Project Methodology, on time and within budget
- Participate in technical and design groups
- Follow best practices and client standards during development
- Manage source control, unit testing, and code reviews
- Implement automated build and release strategies
- Provide progress updates and raise risks/issues early
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
- Represent Microsoft Business Solutions professionally
- Adhere to client’s Information Security Policies
