Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with menus.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their dining experience.
• Handle complaints or special requests from guests in a professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant area.
• Process payments accurately using POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
• Assist with setting up and closing duties as needed.
